Spider House

New private house in Athens’s suburbs of 300 sqm total building area on a 600 sqm plot. The structure has a unique sculpted morphological shape, that complements the buildings functions. An artificial level difference, between plot entrance and the actual level of the ground floor, has been introduced, allowing natural light to the basement and privatizing the sleep zones of the house without giving up the openness to the environment in the public areas such us the living room & the dinning room.
